Payment
We do not charge a set fee for any of our products. We are non-profit making and rely entirely on donations to cover our costs and continue the work of the Clouds Trust. The last few years have been particularly difficult for the Clouds Trust, so we welcome your support.

When you place your first order, please complete the Terms of Engagement form.  If you prefer hard copy we can send this to you.

If you have not ordered from us before you will need an introductory pack first. Just fill in the order form below. Please enter your name, address and email address.  It is also very useful if you can leave you phone number (in case of queries with orders etc.)
We will send one month’s supply of the Rene Caisse Herbal Tea for your first order, and a maximum of 3 packets of tea for any further orders. You can make repeat orders as often as required. Each packet of dried herbs weighs 15 grams and makes one months supply of tea. 
For overseas orders we require shipping costs ahead of us sending out the tea.  And please state clearly if you would like your tea sent as a 'tracked and signed for' package or regular airmail.  (See Donations page for details).

If you have ordered from us before please contact us by email, or the order form below and be sure to say you are a repeat customer. You can also make an order by sending a request in the post. Please note that due to cut backs we only process orders on Mondays and Wednesdays (so orders made after Wednesday 2pm will be sent the following Monday) - ALSO please check your junk mail if you have made an order or are expecting an email from us.
